• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce-based sales and customer success systems;
• Oversee the review and execution of UAT test cases and document defects using approved standards, processes, and tools;
• Create and maintain test automation and performance scripts to grow the automation library, regression suite, and automation of daily activities;
• Identify operational bottlenecks and improvement areas within Salesforce-based sales and customer success processes;
• Create and maintain training materials and operating manuals supporting QA standards for Salesforce and NPI systems;
• Estimate the effort required for testing enhancements and projects related to Salesforce-based sales and customer success;
• Provide regular reports on product quality and software development lifecycle processes;
• Recommend to delivery teams the risks associated with promoting solutions to production;
• Partner with stakeholders to understand use cases and develop quality and acceptance criteria for new opportunities, enhancements, issues, and bugs;
• Leverage technical knowledge to ensure quality throughout solution delivery;
• Explore opportunities to optimize how systems work and how the team operates;
• Continue learning through training, self-study, conferences, and mentorship programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
• 2+ Years of experience, preferably in Salesforce testing or another CRM system, functional testing, and automation testing;
• Proficiency in writing test cases and test plans for functional, automation, and regression testing;
• Experience with Jira, X-ray, Salesforce, and Cursor/Claude/OpenAI or another AI tool used to automate testing activities;
• Expertise in quality defect tracking, auditing, and testing processes;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work in a matrixed team environment while maintaining organization and accurate tracking of deliverables;
• Nice to have: Salesforce testing experience, CRM testing experience, AI tools for testing automation.
