QA engineer (manual) for AI chat product

Sxope builds software that connects doctors and insurance providers, bringing their workflows into one place and reducing administrative work for medical staff. The company focuses on making life easier for American physician networks (IPAs).

• Perform exploratory and regression testing of an AI chat application
• Evaluate model response quality, including stream cutoffs, hallucinations, and markdown/code rendering
• Test RAG scenarios
• Test REST APIs and review request/response flows in DevTools
• Investigate authentication bugs across SSO/OAuth flows
• Track defects in Jira and write clear, actionable bug reports
• Identify coverage gaps and flag risk areas in new features

• Have 3+ years of manual testing experience with web or desktop applications
• Have experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot
• Understand HTTP/REST and browser developer tools
• Have a basic understanding of SSO/OAuth
• Be comfortable reading documentation and writing tickets and QA documentation in English
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and self-sufficiency
