• Perform manual testing of web and mobile releases for iOS and Android within the current process;
• Run regression testing and help maintain an accurate regression plan;
• Analyze bugs, reproduce issues, understand their nature, and hand them off clearly;
• Work closely with frontend, backend, and mobile developers on release quality;
• Build and maintain automated tests alongside the development and QA teams;
• Improve the QA process through test documentation, test cases, and regression plans;
• Take ownership of assigned areas after completing onboarding under the QA Lead.

• 5+ Years of experience testing web and mobile applications;
• Basic diagnosis using DevTools, the Network tab, logs, stack traces, and API requests;
• Understanding of modern frontend, backend, and mobile architecture;
• Ability to quickly navigate unfamiliar technology stacks;
• Strong bug localization skills, including clear reproduction steps and a theory of the cause;
• Ability to explain issues to developers in plain language;
• Experience writing test documentation, test cases, and regression plans;
• Systems thinking, strong attention to detail, and initiative;
• Ability to communicate effectively without drama;
• Not suitable for candidates who are comfortable filing “doesn't work” and walking away or waiting for someone to assign every task.
