QA engineer (manual) для Admitad One

• Perform manual functional, integration, and regression testing of Admitad One web applications
• Define test strategy and regression scope for product releases
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, checklists, and test cases
• Record defects in the bug tracking system with priorities and reproduction steps
• Review technical requirements and acceptance criteria from a testing perspective before development starts, identifying gaps, contradictions, and risks
• Recommend whether to release, outlining coverage, residual risks, and release blockers
• Keep documentation up to date
• Proactively improve product quality control
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product managers

• Commercial experience as a Senior manual QA on web products with multiple modules or teams
• Experience owning regression scope and product release quality, beyond executing prepared checklists
• Experience writing test plans, test cases, checklists, test scenarios, bug reports, and testing reports
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate testing and test documentation creation
• Ability to analyze specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria and identify gaps and contradictions before development starts
• Experience with test management systems such as TestLink, TestRail, Qase, or equivalents
• Experience with bug tracking systems such as Jira, YouTrack, or equivalents
• Confident API testing with Postman or equivalents
• Experience using web development tools such as Chrome DevTools
• Confident SQL skills and basic NoSQL knowledge
• Experience with exploratory and risk-based testing, and prioritizing work when several releases compete for the same time
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or TeamCity sufficient to use pipeline results in release decisions
• Understanding of version control systems such as Git
• Understanding of software development processes and the software development lifecycle
• Owns product quality and communicates release risks clearly to developers, analysts, and product managers
• Able to work across several product areas without losing track of any
• Responsible and attentive to detail
• Able to adapt test scope when requirements or dates change
