• Analyze product requirements and specifications to understand testing needs;
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, checklists and test suites;
• Perform manual functional, exploratory and regression testing across frontend, backend and mobile platforms;
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements, report bugs and verify fixes;
• Identify quality risks and proactively raise and track issues throughout the development cycle;
• Maintain detailed test logs and bug reports to ensure testing is thorough, consistent and traceable;
• Participate in sprint planning, grooming and retrospectives to provide input on testability and quality improvements;
• Conduct smoke and sanity checks after deployment to verify successful product releases;
• Assist in improving QA processes and promoting quality standards across the development lifecycle.

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher, spoken and written;
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools and processes, including test planning, execution and bug tracking;
• Strong theoretical foundation and knowledge of software testing and quality assurance best practices;
• Good knowledge of client-server architecture and API testing techniques;
• Understanding of distributed systems;
• Interest in server-side processes and underlying logic;
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail or Zephyr;
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented agile environment and independently when needed;
• Nice to have: at least 2 years of hands-on QA experience, familiarity with testing applications across different browsers and platforms, working knowledge of MySQL, MSSQL or MongoDB for querying test data, practical experience with Postman or Swagger for API validation, familiarity with Fiddler or Charles for traffic inspection and client-server debugging, understanding of software development concepts, version control systems such as Git and CI/CD basics.
