QA Engineer (manual)

• Help design, build, and continuously improve the client’s online platform;
• Research, suggest, and implement new technology solutions following best practices and standards;

• 8+ Years of overall experience in Software Quality Assurance, including test planning, execution, and quality assurance across enterprise applications;
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working in Agile Scrum environments;
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related IT discipline;
• Broad testing expertise with deep specialization in functional and integration testing;
• Strong experience defining and implementing Test Strategies to ensure comprehensive test coverage;
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar test management tools for test planning, execution, and defect tracking;
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL);
• Experience testing REST APIs using Postman or similar API testing tools;
• Hands-on experience testing web applications, mobile applications, and APIs;
• Strong expertise in End-to-End Functional Testing, Regression Testing, and System Integration Testing (SIT);
• Working knowledge of Non-Functional Testing, including performance and other quality attributes;
• Experience with test automation, preferably using Python-based frameworks such as Robot Framework or PyTest;
• Experience coordinating and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
• Experience in the Banking, Payments, Credit Cards, or Financial Services domain;
• ISTQB Certification at Foundation or Advanced Level, preferably Test Analyst or Agile Tester;
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional Agile teams;
• Nice to have: Prior experience as a Business Analyst, Developer, or similar technical role, experience working with the Temenos Transact Core Banking System.
