The company develops and operates payment systems, focusing on their quality, reliability, and compliance with financial services requirements.

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases;
• Perform manual and automated testing of web, mobile, and backend applications;
• Identify, report, and track defects through resolution;
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage;
• Lead and mentor junior QA engineers;
• Participate in continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies;
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance best practices and standards.

• At least 2 years of testing experience, including at least 1 year in banking or financial institutions;
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies;
• At least 2 years of mobile and backend testing experience;
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams across software development and testing stages;
• Ability to analyze business requirements and develop test cases and scenarios;
• Strong communication skills for interaction with development teams, analysts, and business stakeholders;
• Ability to assist less experienced engineers, coordinate their work, and mentor and train new team members;
• Automated testing skills;
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD processes using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, TeamCity, or similar tools;
• Ability to create testing reports, analyze quality metrics, and suggest process improvements;
• Ability to analyze logs using Kibana, Splunk, ELK Stack, or similar tools;
• Ability to create and maintain testing process and best-practice documentation;
• Ability to write SQL queries using JOIN, GROUP BY, HAVING, subqueries, and aggregate functions across multiple tables;
• Strong automation testing skills using Java;
• Azerbaijani and strong communication skills in English or Russian at B2 level.
