• Design, develop, and maintain QA processes and procedures across the software development lifecycle;
• Support continuous improvement of QA practices, automation coverage, and testing efficiency;
• Create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for manual and automated testing;
• Contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of automated test suites;
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing;
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams on investigation and resolution;
• Use JIRA and Xray to manage test cases, track defects, report testing progress, and maintain visibility across QA activities;
• Prepare QA reports and documentation to support delivery, internal standards, and audit readiness;
• Collaborate with Development, Product, and DevSecOps teams to enhance product quality;
• Stay current with QA methodologies and automation best practices;
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and relevant regulatory requirements.

• 1–3 Years of experience in Quality Assurance;
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks;
• Familiarity with Java and Selenium, preferably with Serenity BDD;
• Experience with Cucumber and behavior-driven development approaches;
• Working knowledge of JIRA and Xray;
• Understanding of functional, regression, and integration testing methodologies;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach to work;
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies;
• Professional working level of English;
• Strong teamwork and communication skills;
• Nice to have: exposure to API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured, experience in financial services or other regulated environments, basic knowledge of performance or security testing.
