qa engineer (auto) for network monitoring solutions

Profitap is a Dutch manufacturer of network monitoring solutions. The company serves an international niche market and develops solutions for network visibility and traffic analytics across physical and virtual infrastructures.

• Contribute to the development of automatic testing processes;
• Conduct code analysis;
• Participate in defining software quality procedures;
• Work in a team environment with shared code;
• Use source code control and process documentation in a disciplined manner.

• Experience testing network equipment;
• Knowledge and experience with networking technologies, such as Ethernet, Packet Capture, and traffic tunneling;
• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices;
• Basic knowledge of Python programming;
• Good written and oral communication skills in English;
• Nice to have: Experience with Robot Framework test development, experience with cloud networking solutions including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, fluency in Linux and/or Windows shell scripting, experience with front-end testing technologies such as Selenium and Cucumber.
