qa engineer (auto) for machine learning solutions

Andersen develops data science solutions and supports clients across financial services, healthcare, retail, and telecommunications. The customer is a global investment management firm providing tailored investment solutions to institutional and private clients through financial expertise, long-term strategies, responsible investing, and operational excellence.

• Participate in all stages of the product lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment;
• Test backend services, analyze results, and identify issues;
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and application documentation;
• Write API automated tests using Pytest or other relevant tools;
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using a bug tracking system;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and clarify ambiguities;
• Perform regression testing to ensure product stability after changes;
• Collaborate with TechOps and other teams to implement quality management processes and improve testing.

• 3+ Years of QA experience, predominantly in backend testing;
• Strong Python and Pytest proficiency for writing and maintaining automated test scripts;
• Proficiency with Linux and related tools;
• Solid Bash scripting knowledge;
• Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes principles;
• Basic CI/CD knowledge;
• Ability to analyze backend service logs using Open Lens or similar tools;
• Experience with Kafka and Kibana or willingness to quickly learn them;
• Skills in testing RESTful and gRPC APIs;
• Basic SQL proficiency;
• Good understanding of client-server and/or microservice architecture;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Familiarity with Machine Learning basics;
• English at Intermediate+ level or higher.
