qa engineer (auto) for iGaming

• Lead complex, ambitious projects and resolve critical issues affecting business quality and performance;
• Mentor team members, provide sponsorship, and deliver constructive technical feedback;
• Shape testing strategy and architecture by leading test design for complex problems;
• Ensure reliability, observability, and alignment with business priorities;
• Communicate risks, insights, and technical considerations to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Contribute to roadmaps and planning;
• Promote QA best practices across squads;
• Anticipate issues through strong processes and enable others to improve testing for performance, scale, and security.

• Deep knowledge of testing theory, design techniques, methodologies, and the testing pyramid;
• Hands-on web E2E test automation experience with Playwright or similar tools using TypeScript or JavaScript;
• Hands-on native mobile E2E test automation experience with Appium and WebdriverIO or similar tools using TypeScript or JavaScript;
• Proven ability to design and execute full-stack test plans and robust manual testing for web and native mobile applications;
• Solid grounding in Agile Scrum/Kanban and DevOps methodologies within self-organizing teams;
• English for work, as English is the company’s working language;
• Nice to have: ISTQB certification at Foundation Level or higher, experience with TestRail or similar test management tools, experience maintaining and optimizing automated testing within CI/CD pipelines, familiarity with microservice architectures including Java/Kotlin, Kafka, MySQL, REST APIs, and BigQuery, experience building automated API tests and working with mock data or virtualization tools, prior iGaming industry experience, leadership experience in driving test strategies, setting best practices, and steering QA projects.
