• Enable and drive a “Shift-Left” and “Automation-First” culture in the Agile Delivery Organization, especially in QA
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders at all levels across the bank, including international locations
• Execute hands-on manual testing, including functional and regression testing and UAT support, and ensure appropriate test coverage where automation is unsuitable
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and robust automated frameworks and test scripts
• Develop custom tools and integrate them with existing tools to improve test engineering productivity
• Develop test automation strategies, approaches, and plans to improve efficiency and productivity
• Apply automated testing methods to multi-layer testing of desktop and web applications, APIs and microservices, databases and data services, ETL, and cloud-based applications
• Perform in-sprint automation testing and build a regression test suite
• Analyze errors using logs, database queries, legacy systems, and Unix file systems
• Manage the complete test and defect management lifecycle across agile methodologies and tools
• Generate test reports and status updates for multiple levels

• 5+ Years of development and/or automation testing experience
• Ability to create test strategies and plans covering manual and automated testing
• Experience with SimCorp Dimension is required
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end manual testing, including test design, exploratory testing, defect triage, and release sign-off in an Agile environment
• Understanding of functional and non-functional testing, automation concepts and patterns, including availability, scalability, performance, and security
• Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and DevOps tooling such as GitLab
• Experience in Python or Java development for testing; Python 3.x.x or Java 17+ preferred
• Experience with Python test frameworks such as PyTest, PyUnit (Unittest), and PySpark
• Experience with test automation tools, libraries, and methodologies such as TOSCA, Selenium, BDD, Cucumber, UFT, HP ALM, Maven, MS Azure Test Plans, GitLab, and MS Visual Studio
• Experience with Agile QA practices and the BDD testing approach
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
