• Record transactions accurately and on time in the 1C accounting system, covering bank, revenue, expenses, fixed assets, inventory, and business trip reports, and complete the monthly close on schedule
• Process payments twice weekly based on previously approved requests
• Gather, review, and file primary accounting documents according to Armenian tax and accounting standards, and maintain an up-to-date document register
• Reconcile vendors, bank accounts, customers, and other internal management systems
• Update fixed asset registers with employee, serial number, and location details; cross-check them against the IT department’s database and oversee QR code management
• Assist with the annual fixed asset and inventory stock count
• Manage fixed asset and inventory transactions, including additions, disposals, sales, employee transfers, expense write-offs, and QR code generation
• Support the Chief Accountant in preparing annual financial statements and statistical reports, including reports related to withholding tax, VAT, service exports, import operations, and Transfer Pricing documentation
• Participate in external audits, SOX reviews, internal control assessments, and tax inspections as needed
• Help automate and digitalize accounting processes while ensuring compliance with Armenian legal requirements
• Assist in enhancing and implementing internal accounting systems and workflows
• Handle miscellaneous requests and cover for colleagues during vacations or leaves

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• At least 1 year of accounting experience
• Familiarity with tax legislation
• Strong Excel proficiency
• Fluent in Armenian
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High sense of responsibility and keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and make well-informed decisions
• Results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement and automation
