qa engineer (auto) for AI shopping agents

EPAM is a global technology company delivering enterprise software products, open-source solutions, and accelerators. The client is a global prestige beauty retail company operating across international markets and providing immersive, personalized shopping experiences. The project develops MCP servers for AI shopping agents and internal AI agents that detect and resolve operational issues.

• Implement and execute automated tests to ensure comprehensive coverage;
• Set up, maintain, and enhance the Test Automation Framework (TAF);
• Implement and extend CI/CD pipelines;
• Create API and UI tests to validate system functionality;
• Test AI Agents to ensure accuracy and reliability;
• Lead and mentor team members in test automation best practices;
• Work with data architectures and data pipelines to support testing efforts.

• 6+ Years of experience in software test automation, including 2+ years in a leading capacity;
• Experience with TAF enhancement and implementation of automated tests;
• Background in working with data architectures and data pipelines;
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as pytest, pytest-xdist, and Playwright;
• Expertise in creating API and UI tests;
• Experience in testing AI Agents;
• Familiarity with ChatGPT or other chatbots based on LLM;
• Start-up mindset;
• B2+ English proficiency or higher;
• Nice to have: Prior experience with LLMs, search systems, or NLP projects, basic understanding of how LLM works, familiarity with langchain and derivative frameworks.
