qa engineer (auto) banking

The company provides IT services and consulting and recruits for a client in the banking industry.

• Design new automated tests;
• Maintain existing automated tests and develop the automated testing system;
• Perform functional testing;
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and testers and consult on technical solutions;
• Independently conduct manual integration, functional, and acceptance testing based on requirements and business processes;
• Create and document test cases and test scenarios;
• Analyze application defects and identify their causes.

• Knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming fundamentals;
• Practical knowledge of Git and repository workflows, including clone, pull, push, and branch;
• Experience with IntelliJ IDEA or another IDE, such as Eclipse or VS Code;
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools, including JUnit, TestNG, and Selenium;
• Ability to analyze test cases and create test scenarios;
• Knowledge of the test lifecycle and defect lifecycle;
• Accuracy, attentiveness, and focus on the quality of delivered solutions;
• Experience with tools such as Postman;
• Nice to have: Experience working in a large organization or corporate environment.
