Influence Mobile develops mobile applications and focuses on integrating AI-driven technologies into its products and quality assurance processes.

• Design and execute manual test plans across Android, iOS, web tools, and backend services;
• Research, evaluate, and implement AI-powered testing tools and frameworks;
• Build and maintain automated test suites to reduce manual testing time and increase coverage;
• Document QA processes, test cases, and quality standards;
• Track, report, and triage bugs with clear reproduction steps and severity assessments;
• Report on QA metrics including test coverage, defect escape rate, automation percentage, and time-to-release;
• Participate in sprint planning, feature reviews, and release processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, UI/UX Design, Software Engineering, or related field (graduated within the last 2 years);
• Demonstrated interest in AI/ML tools through projects, coursework, or self-directed learning;
• Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar;
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and good written/verbal communication;
• Self-starter comfortable working independently in a remote environment;
• Nice to have: Experience with testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium), familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git, mobile app testing experience (Android preferred), prompt engineering or AI-assisted development experience, portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving.
