The recruitment process includes an HR interview, a technical interview, and a client interview.
Capco is a global technology and management consultancy firm that specializes in digital transformation for the financial services industry, including banking, payments, capital markets, wealth, and asset management.
задачи
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide feedback;
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured automated test plans and test cases;
- Estimate, prioritize, and plan test activities with a focus on automation;
- Design, execute, and document automated tests using Playwright;
- Support manual testing when necessary;
- Identify, record, and track defects;
- Define and perform regression tests;
- Improve testing processes and stay current with new tools and strategies;
- Manage time to deliver results within deadlines.
требования
- Fluency in Polish and English;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automation testing with Playwright;
- Hands-on experience in writing clear and comprehensive test cases using test design techniques;
- Familiarity with GitHub, X-ray, Confluence, and Jira;
- Experience in software development within the Agile/Scrum process;
- Nice to have: Experience with Pytest (Python), knowledge of API testing (REST, XML, Microservices), familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
