QA Engineer (auto)

Capco is a global technology and management consultancy firm that specializes in digital transformation for the financial services industry, including banking, payments, capital markets, wealth, and asset management.

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide feedback;
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured automated test plans and test cases;
• Estimate, prioritize, and plan test activities with a focus on automation;
• Design, execute, and document automated tests using Playwright;
• Support manual testing when necessary;
• Identify, record, and track defects;
• Define and perform regression tests;
• Improve testing processes and stay current with new tools and strategies;
• Manage time to deliver results within deadlines.

• Fluency in Polish and English;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation testing with Playwright;
• Hands-on experience in writing clear and comprehensive test cases using test design techniques;
• Familiarity with GitHub, X-ray, Confluence, and Jira;
• Experience in software development within the Agile/Scrum process;
• Nice to have: Experience with Pytest (Python), knowledge of API testing (REST, XML, Microservices), familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
