• Analyze business requirements and define test acceptance criteria;
• Design, maintain, and execute test cases to validate software functionality and identify defects;
• Document and report software defects clearly;
• Ensure software meets functional and non-functional requirements;
• Contribute to the development and improvement of manual testing processes and standards;
• Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues;
• Stay up to date with industry trends, testing methodologies, and best practices;
• Participate in the team's on-call rotation.

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
• 3-5 Years of experience in manual testing, with a focus on web and mobile applications;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately identify and report defects;
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices;
• Experience writing and maintaining test cases and test plans;
• Applicants must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in Cyprus;
• Nice to have: ISTQB certification.
