• Develop and maintain automated tests for functional, performance, and stability testing in Python;
• Develop and maintain core functionality of the automation framework;
• Analyze automated test results and investigate failures;
• Perform performance testing and profiling of the game client and backend services;
• Maintain documentation for existing automated tests, frameworks, and tools;
• Collaborate with other teams and provide support based on automated test results;
• Participate in the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and related tools;
• Work with different teams as internal customers, understand their needs, and provide automation solutions;
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving automation code quality.

• 3+ Years of experience in Performance Testing or Performance QA;
• 3+ Years of experience in Automation QA or a similar position;
• 1+ Year of commercial experience in Python-based automated testing, including writing performance test suites using pytest;
• Experience with performance testing tools and frameworks, including k6, load testing, and profiling tools;
• Experience analyzing and optimizing PC game performance;
• Experience with Elasticsearch for log collection and analysis;
• Experience with Perfana or similar performance analysis and visualization tools;
• Experience with CI/CD systems, including Jenkins and TeamCity;
• Knowledge of PC architecture basics and component interaction, including CPU, GPU, memory, and disk I/O;
• Understanding of performance metrics, including FPS, frame time, CPU/GPU utilization, and memory consumption;
• Knowledge of software testing theory and performance testing methodologies;
• Nice to have: Experience in game development or game engines such as Unreal and Unity, log parsing and data analysis with pandas and NumPy, Python profiling and optimization with cProfile and line_profiler, PostgreSQL performance analysis and query optimization, Docker and docker-compose, monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus, Python async/await and multiprocessing, designing and maintaining performance test infrastructure, Linux-based systems, mentoring experience in a QA team.
