• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and sustainable test automation frameworks;
• Lead the automated testing strategy by defining best practices, standards, and technical approaches;
• Implement and execute automated UI, API, and regression tests;
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines;
• Collaborate closely with development teams to incorporate quality from early stages through shift-left practices;
• Analyze test results, identify quality risks, and propose technical improvements;
• Evaluate, propose, and adopt new technologies and innovative approaches, including AI applied to testing;
• Provide technical leadership, initiative, and problem-solving in complex challenges.

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field;
• More than 3 years of experience in test automation;
• Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining automation frameworks;
• Strong experience with Playwright;
• Good programming or scripting skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or other languages;
• Experience in agile environments and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
