• Lead other testers in specific testing activities;
• Create and maintain the automation for Mortgages E2E;
• Document test results for traceability;
• Execute tests and keep the status up to date;
• Document defects to aid reporting;
• Configure test environments to execute tests;
• Escalate risks and blockers to the test manager;
• Ensure that their tests are picked up in Standard Reports and Closure reports;
• Implement and execute the tests in the automation framework using Python and Behave;
• Attend daily standups and other squad meetings.

• Experience as AQA (Python) for 3+ years;
• Experience with Banking/FinTech domain;
• Degree/Advanced degree and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Experience with various aspects of systems testing API;
• Comprehensive knowledge of software testing process, methodology and good practices;
• Good understanding of testing methodologies and their application within an agile delivery framework;
• Experience with Python / Behave;
• Experience with AWS services;
• Experience with playwright;
• Experience with automated test tools;
• Ability to draw in and coordinate resources from across the business in order to address issues;
• Intermediate+ level of English;
• Nice to have: Test ISTQB certified, experience in Retail Banking, degree/advanced degree and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
