The company develops cloud-based software for managing the full life cycle of investments, including trade capture, positions, profit and loss (P&L), and performance. Its services provide asset managers with real-time data on financial asset valuation and performance, enabling informed decision-making and the analysis of portfolio returns. The middle office transformation initiative aims to modernize business workflows by delivering process efficiency and providing investment teams with accurate, near-real-time access to critical financial data.

• Build QA processes and define testing strategy from the ground up;
• Develop and maintain backend Java auto-tests;
• Design and execute test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements;
• Perform functional and integration testing involving upstream and downstream systems;
• Manage and maintain testing environments.

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar;
• 8+ Years of hands-on experience in manual testing;
• 5+ Years of strong experience with Java for backend test automation;
• Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment;
• Ability to work independently and learn complex business domains quickly;
• Experience in reading and analyzing logs;
• Solid understanding of SDLC and QA practices;
• English B2 (spoken and written);
• Nice to have: experience with financial projects, experience with Python-based test automation, experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitHub, Gitlab), experience with Datadog, Splunk or similar tools, experience with Linux.
