• Lead other testers in specific testing activities;
• Plan and prepare tests for execution;
• Document test results for traceability;
• Execute tests and maintain status updates;
• Document defects to aid reporting;
• Configure test environments for test execution;
• Escalate risks and blockers to the test manager;
• Ensure tests are included in standard and closure reports;
• Implement and execute tests in the automation framework using Python and Behave;
• Attend daily standups and other squad meetings;

• Experience as AQA (Python) for 4+ years;
• Experience in the banking domain;
• Experience with various aspects of systems testing;
• Comprehensive knowledge of software testing processes, methodology, and best practices;
• Understanding of testing methodologies within an agile delivery framework;
• Proficiency in Python and Behave;
• Experience with AWS services;
• Experience with automated test tools;
• Ability to coordinate resources across the business to address issues;
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with senior management and colleagues;
• Effective communication skills for internal and external interactions;
• Experience managing small to mid-sized technical teams;
• Pragmatic and results-focused approach to solving quality problems;
• English level Intermediate+;
• Nice to have: Experience with savings products, degree or advanced degree in a relevant field.
