Snoonu is a Qatar-based super app that provides delivery and shopping services through a technology-driven platform.

• Ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of backend services and REST APIs;
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated API test frameworks;
• Build and execute automated integration, regression, smoke, and end-to-end API tests;
• Validate RESTful APIs, request/response contracts, authentication flows, and business logic using tools such as Swagger and Postman;
• Collaborate with backend engineers, DevOps, and product teams to understand system architecture, service dependencies, and data flows;
• Perform backend validation using databases, logs, and monitoring tools to investigate and debug issues across distributed systems;
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions;
• Configure and maintain Allure Report and Allure TestOps integrations for test reporting, analytics, and management;
• Improve test coverage, framework maintainability, reporting, and execution performance;
• Participate in code reviews, quality initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and engineering standards;
• Advocate for automation best practices, API reliability, and high-quality software delivery.

• 4–6 Years of QA Automation experience with a strong focus on API and backend testing;
• Hands-on experience in API automation;
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and experience building scalable test automation frameworks;
• Experience testing REST APIs, microservices, and complex backend workflows;
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and hands-on experience with GitHub Actions;
• Experience working with Allure Reports and Allure TestOps;
• Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and JMeter;
• Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases, Redis, or message brokers;
• Strong debugging and analytical skills with the ability to investigate issues using logs and monitoring systems;
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments;
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills;
• Passion for automation, clean code, system reliability, and continuous improvement;
• Nice to have: Experience working with DS&AI teams, high-level knowledge on AI and ML projects, experience with Python apps.
