Videographer & Social Media Content Creator

Driven Properties is looking for a talented, creative, and highly hands-on Photographer, Videographer & Social Media Content Creator to join our Marketing team in Abu Dhabi.

This is a full-cycle creative role combining professional photography, videography, video editing, content creation, and social media management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking content from idea to execution — developing creative concepts, planning and shooting professional photography and video, editing the final content, creating captions and social media assets, and publishing content across relevant platforms.

You will create content around luxury properties, agents, developments, company achievements, market activity, events, and the Driven brand, with a strong focus on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant social platforms.

This is not a social media only role. Strong professional photography and videography skills are essential.

We are looking for someone who can independently pick up a camera, create a concept, shoot the content, edit it professionally, turn it into engaging social media content, and get it published.

• Photography & Videography
• Photograph residential, commercial, luxury, and off-plan properties to a high professional standard.
• Produce professional property photography suitable for portals, websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and print.
• Film high-quality property walkthroughs, cinematic videos, Reels, interviews, agent videos, lifestyle content, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Plan and execute photo and video shoots from concept and preparation through to final delivery.
• Work with professional cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, gimbals, tripods, and other production equipment.
• Capture content for agents, leadership, property launches, company events, transactions, campaigns, and brand activities.
• Operate drones for aerial photography and videography where required and where appropriately licensed.
• Ensure all visual content meets Driven Properties' quality and brand standards.
• Content Creation
• Develop fresh and creative content ideas for Driven Properties and its agents.
• Identify opportunities to turn properties, transactions, agents, market activity, events, and company achievements into engaging content.
• Create short-form content specifically designed for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Stories.
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, storyboards, and content formats where required.
• Create content that supports both the Driven brand and the personal brands of high-performing agents.
• Follow current social media trends and adapt relevant formats, sounds, storytelling styles, and creative approaches to the real estate industry.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of fresh and relevant content rather than working only on individual property shoots.
• Video & Photo Editing
• Edit professional property photography using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent software.
• Edit short-form and long-form video using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
• Handle video cutting, transitions, subtitles, sound design, music, colour correction, colour grading, and visual effects where appropriate.
• Create multiple versions and formats of content for different social media platforms.
• Retouch and optimise photography for digital, social media, websites, and property portals.
• Ensure final content is visually polished, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Social Media Content
• Create and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage the day-to-day flow of social media content in coordination with the Marketing team.
• Create and publish Stories, Reels, posts, short-form videos, and other social media formats.
• Assist with developing and maintaining a social media content calendar.
• Support the creation of captions, hooks, headlines, and other creative copy.
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, formats, and audience behaviour.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.
• Identify opportunities to increase engagement, reach, visibility, and brand awareness.
• Brand & Agent Content
• Create professional content featuring Driven's Property Consultants, leadership team, and top-performing agents.
• Support agents in developing their personal brands through professional photography and video content.
• Create content around major transactions, agent achievements, awards, listings, launches, and market success.
• Ensure all content consistently reflects Driven Properties' positioning as a premium real estate brand.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to understand upcoming priorities and content requirements.
• Production & Organisation
• Manage and maintain photography, videography, lighting, audio, and other creative equipment.
• Organise, archive, and maintain digital photo and video assets.
• Maintain an efficient workflow for raw footage, edited content, final files, and social media assets.
• Manage multiple shoots and projects simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines.
• Coordinate shoot schedules with agents, sales teams, developers, and other stakeholders where required.

• Proven professional experience as a Photographer, Videographer, Content Creator, or similar creative role.
• Strong professional photography and videography skills are essential.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional photography, videography, social media content, Reels, and short-form video.
• Experience creating content specifically for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, audience engagement, and short-form video.
• Proficiency in professional photo and video editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, colour, sound, visual storytelling, and cinematography.
• Ability to operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, microphones, gimbals, and other production equipment.
• Strong creative thinking and the ability to develop original content ideas independently.
• Ability to take a project from concept → shoot → edit → publish.
• Strong understanding of what makes social media content engaging, shareable, and commercially effective.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with agents, management, sales teams, and marketing.
• Real estate, luxury, hospitality, architecture, automotive, or lifestyle content experience is an advantage.
• Drone photography/videography experience and GCAA licensing is an advantage.
