UX writer in digital products

We are seeking an experienced UX Writer to join a leading global digital organisation on an initial 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly commercial product team focused on improving digital customer journeys, product recommendations and cross-selling opportunities. You will play a key role in creating clear, engaging and effective content that helps users make decisions, navigate digital experiences and progress towards completing transactions.

• Own and deliver UX writing requirements across multiple digital product teams.
• Create clear, concise and engaging content that supports customer journeys and drives user engagement and conversion.
• Work closely with Product Managers and UX Designers to understand product priorities and deliver effective content solutions.
• Use analytics, A/B testing, user research and experimentation results to inform content decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve messaging, user journeys and overall product experiences.
• Develop hypotheses and evaluate the impact of content changes on customer behaviour and commercial outcomes.
• Manage copy strings and content through internal tools and workflows.
• Balance multiple deliverables and stakeholder priorities while maintaining high-quality output.

• Experience in UX Writing, Content Design or a similar digital content role.
• Strong UX writing and editing skills, with experience working on digital products and customer-facing journeys.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how content can influence user behaviour, conversion and business performance.
• Experience using data, analytics or experimentation to support content decisions.
• Ability to demonstrate how your writing has contributed to improved user experiences or measurable product outcomes.
• Comfortable working hands-on with content tools, creating copy and reviewing experiment results.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Designers and wider cross-functional teams.
• Able to work independently, manage competing priorities and proactively identify improvements.
