• Write clear, concise copy across online channels, platforms, and end-to-end experiences to impact key business metrics
• Send copy to Language Specialists with sufficient conceptual and visual context for translation for local audiences
• Use qualitative and quantitative data and business metrics to measure the impact of work and turn insights into new iterations
• Collaborate with UX Writers to align messaging across touchpoints with craft standards and guidelines
• Work with Product Managers, UX Writers, Designers, Researchers, Developers, and others to develop and execute business strategy through writing
• Set and drive craft direction for the B2B Partnerships ecosystem, covering partner-facing product experiences, external AI integrations, fee management, reporting tools, and GenAI flows

• At least 3 years of relevant UX Writing experience, including experience in e-commerce or data-driven product teams
• Experience working on AI topics, including prompting and quality assessment
• Fluent English
• A portfolio demonstrating UX writing experience
• Advocate for users and skilled at creating intuitive, future-proof, scalable copy and elegant user experiences
• Technically savvy, with an understanding of experimentation and deriving insights from quantitative and qualitative research
• Able to work independently and in a team, take ownership, solve challenging problems, and respond to feedback with creative thinking and iterations
• Strong communication and attention to detail; able to prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders
• Enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and disciplines
