• Manage a portion of acquisition efforts under the guidance of the Meta Performance Lead;
• Handle specific locales initially, with potential to take ownership of new funnels, R&D initiatives, or new traffic sources;
• Generate creative ideas in collaboration with the creative team;
• Work with autorules and AI-agents.

• At least 6-8 months of experience with Meta;
• Understanding of unit economy in performance-driven startups;
• Strong analytical skills to interpret reports and make data-driven decisions;
• Ability to build logical conclusions;
• Direct experience working with Meta Ads Manager;
• Ability to explain unit economy concepts clearly;
• Nice to have: university degree in mathematics or a technical field.
