UA manager for Google Ads

Taonga: The Island Farm is a browser-based exploration and adventure game set on a tropical archipelago. It combines farming with travel, story-driven quests, strategic battles, mini-games, and competitive events.

• Manage the entire Google Ads account, including Search
• Audit Google Ads by reviewing previous launches and tests, channel economics, and what works and what does not
• Develop a Google Ads growth strategy
• Launch and scale Demand Gen and GDN campaigns, including campaign structure, audiences, bidding strategies, and algorithm signals
• Maintain a hypothesis backlog and testing pipeline for approaches, audiences, bidding, and creatives; run tests consistently, document results, and make channel decisions
• Analyze performance independently and build reports and dashboards
• Develop creative briefs and request iterations of successful ad combinations in collaboration with the creative team
• Automate routine tasks using Google Ads Scripts, APIs, and AI tools

• Personally managed Google Ads budgets of at least $150K per month, working hands-on in the ad account rather than managing others who did
• Launched and scaled profitable Demand Gen and GDN campaigns optimized for conversions or conversion value, rather than reach
• Experience in user acquisition for web-based products, including understanding web funnels and attribution
• Experience with server-side conversion tracking, offline conversion imports, enhanced conversions, Consent Mode, and optimization for delayed conversion value
• Understand acquisition economics, including LTV, ROAS, and cohort profitability, and make budget decisions based on these metrics
• Able to write Google Ads Scripts or work with APIs, use AI to solve tasks independently, and avoid relying on developers
• Able to extract data independently and build reports and dashboards using SQL and BI tools
• Fluent in Russian or English
• Candidates whose primary experience is in Search, Performance Max, or App campaigns (UAC) are not a fit
