• Manage various user acquisition channels, including social, incentivized, and video networks;
• Create, analyze, and optimize UA campaigns;
• Develop strategic vision, test hypotheses, and make independent decisions to optimize performance;
• Utilize internal and external reporting and analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions;
• Conduct creative testing and track competitor creatives to stay updated on ad tech and mobile growth trends;
• Communicate and collaborate with motion designers, analytics, and product managers.

• 2+ Years of user acquisition experience in the mobile industry, preferably in gamedev;
• Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 ad platforms such as Meta Ads, Google UAC, TikTok, or ASA;
• Clear understanding of UA goals and KPIs including CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV;
• Experience with A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and custom product pages;
• Strong analytical skills, ownership mindset, proactivity, and adaptability;
• Proficiency in English (B2 Intermediate+);
• Nice to have: Awareness of trends in ad tech and mobile growth, strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
