задачи
- Develop and execute internal traffic strategy;
- Optimize player lifecycle, retention, and monetization;
- Manage CRM, bonuses, and internal traffic flows;
- Analyze KPIs, A/B tests, and revenue performance;
- Build and lead the Internal Traffic team;
- Collaborate with Product, CRM, Marketing, and Analytics teams.
требования
- 5+ Years of experience in Internal Traffic, CRM, or Player Monetization;
- 2+ Years of experience in a leadership role;
- Strong iGaming experience;
- Expertise in retention, segmentation, and automation;
- Data-driven mindset with knowledge of LTV, ARPU, NGR, and Retention;
- English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.
