- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with university goals and brand guidelines.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (text, visual, video) across primary social media platforms.
- Interact with the online audience, handle inquiries, and maintain a positive online reputation.
- Work with internal departments and external partners to support university news, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs), track engagement, and prepare regular analytical reports.
