• planning, creating, and publishing content across key social media channels
• manage daily posting schedules
• monitor engagement
• respond to comments and messages
• maintain a consistent brand voice
• developing and executing social media campaigns
• optimizing content for platform-specific performance
• using analytics tools to track results and refine strategies
• collaborate with leadership and other team members to align social media activities with broader marketing and business goals
• staying current with social media trends and best practices

• Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing multiple platforms and campaigns.
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and formats.
• Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy for social channels, aligning content with brand and business objectives.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, native platform analytics).
• Ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines in a remote work environment.
