SMM specialist in home appliances

Aura Household Appliances LLC, the Azerbaijani distributor of Germany’s Aura GmbH, is looking for a results-oriented and responsible SMM specialist.

• Daily management of Facebook and Instagram pages;
• Preparation of a monthly content strategy, content calendar, and posting plan;
• Creation and publication of content in text, visual, Reels, and other short-video formats;
• Setting up, optimizing, and analyzing the results of advertising campaigns using Meta Business Suite, Business Manager, and Ads Manager;
• Correct selection of target audiences, retargeting audiences, and advertising objectives;
• Efficient management of the advertising budget and tracking results by CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, and sales metrics;
• Creation of advertising visuals, product images, and short videos using artificial intelligence tools;
• Organization of photo and video shoots, and editing and retouching the resulting materials;
• Regular analysis of social media trends, competitors, and the market;
• Preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports and presentation of recommendations for improvement.

• At least 3 years of practical work experience in SMM and digital marketing;
• Strong practical knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Business Manager, and Ads Manager;
• Ability to set up an advertising campaign from scratch, segment audiences, conduct A/B tests, and optimize results;
• Ability to work well in Adobe Photoshop; knowledge of Illustrator, Figma, or Canva is an advantage;
• Ability to work confidently in at least one video-editing program, such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or another program;
• Ability to create high-quality visual and video content using ChatGPT, Gemini, Veo, Flow, or similar artificial intelligence tools;
• Fluent written and spoken Azerbaijani; knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
• Ability to work independently, systematically, and responsibly, and complete tasks on time;
• Ability to provide a portfolio and actual results from previous projects.

• 6-day work schedule: 10:00–18:00;
• Official employment contract;
• Lunch provided by the company;
• Salary: 500–800 AZN.
