• Develop and implement a social media content plan aligned with the SMM strategy and overall marketing goals;
• Create and manage content, including expert-level texts that highlight product and industry knowledge;
• Adapt content to suit the specifics of each platform and target audience;
• Track and analyze SMM metrics, competitor data, and ad campaign effectiveness to optimize performance;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, PR, marketing) to create cohesive content;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SMM trends, news, and best practices, particularly those relevant to the iGaming industry;
• Deliver clear, concise reports and presentations that showcase achieved KPIs.

• At least 3 years of experience in SMM (Gaming, IT, Marketing preferably);
• Proficiency in working with SMM analytical tools;
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail;
• Strong visual awareness, knowledge of current trends and tools in social media, and the ability to easily navigate and track content trends;
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work in a team;
• Deep understanding of audience behavior and engagement mechanics;
• Ability to develop strategies and independently manage projects;
• Nice to have: experience in mobile shooting and creating native content (stories, reels, TikTok), experience in launching advertising campaigns on social media, strong copywriting skills in English (B2+).
