• Improve SEO performance through targeted keyword strategies, technical optimization, and content growth;
• Optimize internal linking structure for better navigation and crawlability;
• Set up and maintain GA4 tracking and GTM configurations, including monitoring conversion elements and heat maps;
• Research and identify new backlink sources, focusing on high-value domains;
• Develop and oversee content production opportunities such as content clusters and dedicated sections;
• Support the creation of satellite websites;
• Collaborate with the studio team for mass image production when needed.

• Conversational English;
• German (B2-C1 level);
• Strong on-page SEO knowledge;
• Solid understanding of off-page SEO;
• Familiarity with CRO fundamentals;
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and heat mapping tools;
• Analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret data and translate insights into action;
• Nice to have: Experience working in the health, wellness, or medical niche, Prior SEO experience targeting German markets.
