• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes across site architecture, performance, and crawlability;
• Perform keyword research and develop content strategies aligned with search intent across the buyer journey;
• Optimize on-page elements including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and structured data;
• Plan and execute link acquisition campaigns through editorial outreach and partnership programs;
• Monitor organic performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms; report on traffic, rankings, and conversion impact;
• Partner with content, engineering, and product teams to embed SEO into ongoing initiatives.

• Have 3+ years of SEO experience with a track record of measurable organic traffic growth;
• Have a strong technical SEO foundation covering crawling, indexing, rendering, and performance;
• Have hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Google Search Console;
• Have working knowledge of HTML, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals;
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into action;
• Demonstrate excellent written communication and stakeholder management;
• Show curiosity about audiences and what makes them act;
• Have strong storytelling instincts;
• Follow a test-and-learn mindset, shipping campaigns quickly and iterating based on data;
• Be comfortable working asynchronously across time zones.
