• Create and optimize substantive website content, including information pages and blogs;
• Improve visibility in Google and AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Gemini;
• Conduct keyword, content, and competitor research;
• Discover new content opportunities and improve existing content;
• Optimize search intent, internal links, structure, and E-E-A-T elements;
• Analyze performance in Google Search Console and Google Analytics and translate insights into concrete SEO and content improvements;
• Develop and improve pillar and content cluster strategies;
• Follow developments in SEO, AI Search, and GEO and translate them into concrete website and content improvements;
• Test new tools, formats, and working methods;
• Work with the marketing team to grow organic traffic and improve its conversion;
• Safeguard a warm, empathetic, accessible, and clear tone of voice;
• Co-own Psyned’s organic visibility.

• Completed hbo-level education in marketing, communications, or a comparable field;
• Approximately 2 to 4 years of relevant SEO and content experience;
• Excellent Dutch and experience optimizing online content;
• Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics;
• Understanding of search intent and ability to translate data into concrete improvements;
• Curiosity about AI and experience using tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini at work;
• Proactive and creative, with confidence sharing ideas;
• Affinity with psychology and mental health;
• Nice to have: Experience with WordPress.

• Gross monthly salary between € 3,000 and € 3,500 based on 40 hours, depending on education and experience;
• Pension scheme totaling 12%, with 8% paid by the employer and 4% by the employee;
