• Own organic performance for an assigned portfolio of local service businesses;
• Conduct keyword research;
• Build SEO plans;
• Implement optimizations directly in Elementor and RankMath/Yoast;
• Publish provided content;
• Write briefs, metadata, and schema;
• Execute all on-page SEO tasks.

• Exercise independent strategic judgment and prioritize and defend SEO strategies based on site data;
• Use Elementor to edit live pages without disrupting layouts, tracking, or forms;
• Have 3+ years of hands-on on-page SEO experience with demonstrated ranking and traffic improvements;
• Have experience with local service businesses, such as home services, contracting, HVAC, or electrical;
• Be fluent in Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics (GA);
• Have experience with at least one major SEO platform, such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or comparable;
• Have an agency background;
• Have multi-location local SEO experience;
• Understand Google Business Profile (GBP) alignment;
• Have in-depth knowledge of schema/structured data;
• Be aware of AI search and entity optimization;
• Nice to have: independent and strategic thinking, hands-on implementation, data-driven decision making.
