This is an onsite role based in Limassol.
The company is an internationally established fintech and online trading organization providing access to a wide range of financial instruments, including forex, commodities, indices, futures, metals, and equities. It is recognized for its technology-driven approach, innovative digital solutions, and strong performance marketing strategies, delivering a seamless trading experience to clients across global markets.
задачи
- Own organic visibility across the group's brands on traditional search engines and AI-driven platforms;
- Manage technical SEO at scale across multiple international domains, including crawl efficiency, JS rendering, and indexation strategy;
- Build internal linking, hreflang, and schema systems for a multi-brand architecture;
- Partner with Frontend Tech on platform-level technical fixes;
- Define and execute the group's Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy across major AI surfaces;
- Track brand visibility and citation share inside LLM responses;
- Establish entity authority through Wikipedia, Wikidata, structured data, and high-trust press signals;
- Set the quarterly SEO and GEO roadmap and align it with Content, Brand, MarCom, PR, and Media Buying;
- Lead, mentor, and grow the existing SEO and ORM team;
- Report on organic and AI-surface performance to Group CMO and senior leadership.
требования
- 4+ Years of experience in SEO with a track record on large, multi-language sites;
- Deep technical SEO expertise, including debugging crawl issues, JS rendering, Core Web Vitals, hreflang, and large-site architectures;
- Working knowledge of GEO and tools/methods to measure brand visibility inside AI responses;
- Experience working across multiple brands and regions;
- Ability to communicate effectively with both executives and engineers;
- Nice to have: Experience with llms.txt and emerging AI-crawler standards.
