• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO/GEO strategies to boost website rankings and organic traffic;
• Conduct deep technical and on-page SEO audits to optimize site performance and health;
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and algorithm updates to pivot strategy quickly;
• Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to embed SEO best practices across the business;
• Create and optimize SEO content at scale, including clear guidelines for copywriters;
• Lead, manage, and empower the SEO team to hit commercial targets.

• Deep expertise in Google Search algorithms, ranking factors, and modern indexing principles;
• Expert-level knowledge of technical and on-page SEO;
• Confident daily use of GA4 and enterprise SEO tools for data analysis;
• Good understanding of website architecture, HTML, and basic JavaScript;
• Hands-on experience with structured data, meta tags, and schema markup;
• Experience leveraging AI tools and automation pipelines to scale SEO operations;
• Proactive, analytical, and strictly data-driven mindset;
• Strong problem-solving skills with the agility to navigate major algorithm shifts;
• Proven leadership in managing a team and guiding cross-functional projects;
• High autonomy with the ability to run multiple complex workstreams simultaneously;
• Continuous learning mentality to stay ahead of a fast-moving industry;
