FxPro is a leading international fintech company with a diverse workforce of over 500 employees across offices in Limassol, London, Nassau, and Dubai.

• Search for new potential CPA partners;
• Provide day-to-day support to existing affiliates;
• Analyze affiliate performance and identify opportunities for optimization;
• Suggest and implement improvements to grow the affiliate network and overall performance;
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CPA partners;
• Work closely with marketing, business development, backoffice, and other internal teams to support affiliate campaigns and initiatives;
• Monitor key metrics including traffic quality, quantity of conversions, and fraud rates;
• Provide regular reports on affiliate performance and network growth.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Advanced knowledge of affiliate traffic sources and channels;
• Technical knowledge of how tracking and attribution work;
• Understanding of CPA, CPL, and other common payment models;
• Good understanding of the Forex product;
• Good working knowledge of MS Office;
• Previous experience with CellXpert, Salesforce, or other sales/affiliate CRM systems;
• Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset;
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Ability to manage multiple partners in parallel and work independently;
• Previous experience in affiliate programs of Forex, binary options, crypto, or prop trading advertisers;
• Fluent in English;
• Nice to have: Russian, Spanish, Arabic, or any additional language.
