задачи
- Scale the affiliate program and attract top-tier partners;
- Grow the partner network, drive traffic, and increase profitability;
- Negotiate deals, manage offers, and test new growth strategies;
- Find and onboard new partners, negotiate terms, and assist with integration;
- Launch and optimize new offers;
- Manage existing affiliates, providing support from onboarding to long-term success;
- Analyze performance and identify ways to drive traffic and boost partner profitability;
- Handle reconciliations and payments;
- Oversee the technical operations of the affiliate program;
- Collaborate with development, analytics, and marketing teams;
- Track competitor activity and analyze trends to optimize revenue growth;
- Prepare reports and share insights with the team and senior management.
требования
- 5+ Years of experience in affiliate marketing;
- Experience working in white-hat verticals and Tier 1 markets;
- Proven track record in affiliate recruitment and partner management;
- Fluent English (C1).
