• Scale the affiliate program and attract top-tier partners;
• Grow the partner network, drive traffic, and increase profitability;
• Negotiate deals, manage offers, and test new growth strategies;
• Find and onboard new partners, negotiate terms, and assist with integration;
• Launch and optimize new offers;
• Manage existing affiliates, providing support from onboarding to long-term success;
• Analyze performance and identify ways to drive traffic and boost partner profitability;
• Handle reconciliations and payments;
• Oversee the technical operations of the affiliate program;
• Collaborate with development, analytics, and marketing teams;
• Track competitor activity and analyze trends to optimize revenue growth;
• Prepare reports and share insights with the team and senior management.

• 5+ Years of experience in affiliate marketing;
• Experience working in white-hat verticals and Tier 1 markets;
• Proven track record in affiliate recruitment and partner management;
• Fluent English (C1).
