By crafting tailored, data-driven, and locally relevant strategies, this team ensures Wise’s messaging resonates with diverse audiences — adapting to unique market dynamics, cultural insights, and competitive landscapes. Beyond driving user acquisition and growth, the regional marketing leads execute impactful, market-specific campaigns while working in close collaboration with central teams across media, creative, PR, and Product. Together, they ensure Wise’s global presence remains powerful, agile, and authentically connected to local audiences, fueling sustainable growth and reinforcing Wise’s position as a leader in international finance.
We’re looking for a Director of Regional Marketing (Latam and MEA) to join us and do things differently.
As the Director of Regional Marketing for this business unit, you’ll lead Wise’s regional marketing strategy for all of our products in the region, driving execution across these markets and managing a team of Regional Marketing Leads. You’ll act as the bridge between central teams and regional needs, ensuring strategies are locally relevant, impactful, and aligned with Wise’s broader mission. You’ll have the opportunity to shape regional marketing from the ground up and build a high-performing team to drive growth in one of the world’s most innovative fintech companies.
