The partner is a global fintech and online trading group founded in 1998. It provides retail trading and investment services across traditional finance (TradeFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi) markets.

• Lead regional marketing strategy and execution across Russia and the CIS to support client acquisition, onboarding conversion, and sustainable commercial growth
• Design and implement targeted marketing plans for Russia and the CIS, aligned with global brand and product objectives
• Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market share across Russian-speaking countries
• Ensure marketing initiatives contribute to commercial goals, including lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partnerships to align marketing activity with business priorities
• Partner with Product, Design, and Marketing Operations to improve the client onboarding journey
• Use data and user insights to identify friction points and optimize conversion paths
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Payments, Compliance, Sales, and Partnerships to ensure aligned go-to-market execution
• Champion Russia and the CIS internally, providing recommendations and updates to leadership and internal teams
• Share market insights, campaign performance, and recommendations to improve regional relevance and growth

• Proven experience in a regional or digital marketing role focused on Russia or the CIS region
• Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools across acquisition, CRM, and funnel optimization
• Commercial mindset and a track record of delivering measurable business impact through marketing
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to align diverse teams behind shared regional goals
• Analytical approach and experience using data and insights to guide strategy and improve performance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent Russian and English, written and spoken
• BA degree or equivalent professional experience is desirable
