Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are a multi-platform production company, social media agency, and digital media network who are currently on a quest to find a Programmatic Executive to join our FAST team - Is this your next opportunity?

As Programmatic Executive, you will be responsible for helping to manage our ad stack including our supply and demand partners. You will report directly to the Programmatic Manager and provide hands-on experience with programmatic ad servers and SSPs is essential, ideally in CTV or FAST. As part of the ad team you’ll help develop our ad proposition and help run our ad stack, including the technical set-up with our supply and demand partners, to ensure our tech is optimised and compliant with our policies. Commercially this role will be focused on growing revenues, fill rates and yields as well as supporting our sales teams and wider teams in exploiting any opportunities.

• Working with the Programmatic team, planning and supporting the day-to-day running of our programmatic ad stack.
• Ensuring all the correct values are being passed to the demand partners from the various channels.
• Monitoring demand partner performance and optimising integrations to make the best use of our inventory.
• Supporting demand partner management: monitoring partner performance, managing integrations and onboarding, and acting as day-to-day technical contact for SSPs.
• Aiding the team in bringing in new demand partners.
• Remaining up to date with current developments in the programmatic space ensuring Little Dot Studios stays ahead of any industry trends and changes within the CTV space
• Conducting regular technical check-ins with SSP partners and technical onboarding of new demand / new supply.
• Providing regular reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement in collaboration with Sales, Product and Operations
• Supplying analysis of performance and trends across the ad stack, or by particular supply or demand partner.
• Setting up and QA supply tags, ad pods and endpoints, and monitoring fill rate, bid rate and latency daily.

Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.

• Hands-on experience with a programmatic ad server (for example SpringServe, Publica or Google Ad Manager) and SSPs (for example Magnite, OpenX, Nexxen).
• Good technical skills and troubleshooting mentality (for example on VAST tags and bid requests).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Able to pick up new information and technology quickly.
• Self motivated with ability to plan and manage own time and coordinate delivery with colleagues.
• Good interpersonal skills.
