задачи
- Manage and scale the existing affiliate department
- Own the full P&L of the gambling vertical
- Drive revenue growth and profitability
- Manage the current team and expand it when needed
- Develop strategic partnerships with affiliates and advertisers
- Define priorities and the department’s growth strategy
- Note that media buying is not part of this role
требования
- Mandatory experience specifically within a CPA / affiliate network
- Candidates from direct brands and operators will not be considered
- Experience managing an iGaming affiliate business unit
- Team management experience and ownership of financial performance
- Strong understanding of working with affiliates and advertisers
- Conversational English

- Fixed salary + comission
- Willingness to travel to relevant industry conferences
