задачи
- Grow the product portfolio, deliver the marketing plan, and work cross-functionally with related colleagues
- Prepare short-term annual and medium-term business and marketing plans for the products
- Maintain and communicate a high level of market and product knowledge
- Organize product training programs for the commercial team, covering products, product marketing strategies, and competition
- Organize product-related marketing events, including congresses and conferences, in cooperation with related parties
требования
- Bachelor's degree in medicine, biology, or chemistry
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
- Upper-intermediate English and fluent Russian
- Driving license and willingness to travel approximately 40%
- Будет плюсом: 1–2 years of product management experience in the diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or related industry, budget management experience, product launch experience
