DEVXED is a product company whose main product is a platform for e-commerce sellers such as Amazon and Walmart. The platform includes inventory synchronization, warehousing, real-time pricing, affiliate, big data storage, and iOS and Android application modules.

• Manage and scale paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising for the US market, including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max
• Own and optimize product feeds in Google Merchant Center and Microsoft Merchant Center for a catalog of millions of ISBNs
• Plan and manage budgets around seasonal peaks, forecast results, and reallocate spend based on performance
• Optimize campaigns toward profit-based KPIs, including POAS, CPA, and new-customer CAC
• Launch and test paid social channels and advertising in AI platforms
• Run and scale iOS and Android app user acquisition campaigns
• Manage advertising campaigns on major US marketplaces
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking with developers, including GA4, GTM, enhanced conversions, and offline conversion imports
• Run experiments with bidding strategies, ad copy, and landing pages, and turn results into actionable decisions
• Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with the team
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers on landing pages and tracking improvements

• At least 3 years of hands-on PPC experience
• Strong expertise in Google Ads Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Smart Bidding strategies
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Advertising beyond importing campaigns from Google
• Experience working with product feeds in Google Merchant Center
• Confident with GA4 and GTM, able to identify tracking issues and formulate clear requests for developers
• Data-driven decision-making skills and ability to explain the reasoning behind decisions
• Teamwork and communication skills
• English B2+
