• Own Google Ads & Microsoft Ads accounts across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display, and YouTube;
• Build paid search strategies around business goals;
• Optimise bids, budgets, and account structures for revenue, ROAS, and CPA;
• Conduct advanced keyword research, semantic expansion, and negative keyword and match-type management;
• Run and scale A/B tests across ads, creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies;
• Analyse performance through GA4 Explorations, funnels, attribution, e-commerce, and end-to-end analytics;
• Drive full-funnel paid growth through product feed optimisation, remarketing, and US/EU scaling.

• 5–8 Years of recent and continuous hands-on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads experience;
• Experience managing international, large-budget accounts across US and EU markets;
• Knowledge of smart bidding, including tROAS, tCPA, and value-based bidding;
• Solid understanding of auction mechanics, ad rank, and Quality Score;
• Expert-level proficiency with Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Advertising Editor, and Excel/Sheets, including pivot tables and reporting;
• 5+ Years of experience with e-commerce products, focused on revenue, ROAS, CPA, and LTV;
• Fluent English, written and spoken;
• Nice to have: Gaming industry experience, web and app marketing, cross-channel paid media, BI reporting, valid Google Ads or Analytics certifications.
